Isabella Whites like our classic Chardonnay are a great pairing to a beautiful fresh pink BC salmon. We like to pour this one at the moment the West Coast sun hides itself behind the beautiful backdrop of mountains and ocean that surround Vancouver. The Riesling Late Harvest has an intense rush of peach and tropical aromas followed by a lush finish... ideal company for that perfect dessert. Need we say more?...more
