Bouquet: Noun as a Shiraz in Australia and Syrah on the Rhone Valley in France, it is more commonly blended with other varieties. Aromas of blackberry, chocolate, espresso and black pepper.

Palate: On the palate it had a bit of acid and a lot of green apple, then plummy, prune smokey and peaty with a long finish.

Food pairing: This Syrah will pair well with lamb, steak and atrong cheeses.
