Palate: On the palate is rich but show and displays flavours of smoked bacon, cherry compote, espresso, pepper, spices.

Food pairing: The tannins are ripe, soft and integrated and Keep thinking that I wish I would have a Rack of Lamb, grilled New York Steak and hard cheeses.
