Cabernet Sauvignon's origins come from southwestern France. The 2016 Premium Cabernet Sauvignon produces a deep, red color with high to medium tannins and moderate acidity. The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon is a full bodied, it has notes of black cherry, mint, black currant, dark spices, and cedar. 

Great to pair with specifically red meats, due to its high tannins. Enjoy it with steak, beef or other red meats, roasted bell peppers or moderate to strong cheese.
